Vern Howerin built quality homes in the Hampton Roads area for forty years. Each home reflects the dedication to excellence he brought to homebuilding. His son, Mark, is a hands-on builder, on-site and involved in every aspect of the creation of a client's new home.

Mark Howerin is a product of his Dad's old school. He's almost a crusty and crotchety about everything he builds as his father was. Each piece of lumber, each brick, every aspect of every job is a reflection of his demand for the best.

Mark grew up in the building business. He served a priceless apprenticeship under his father which gave him the knowledge and experience to succeed in this challenging business.
